daytrader75..Its about f'n time!!

First off all thank you stock house for continuing to make your system very UNuser friendly!!

Daytrader75 here. I had to create a new account and change my username slightly because the stockhouse system refused to let me login as usual.

Anyways the 13D….something finally worth posting about. It has been a while since I have posted on the boards as I found that it was about as productive as current management. It is nice to see new blood on here like Goldminegirl.

For those that are unable to read what the 13D is about I have posted the jist of it for your reading:

The Reporting Persons are disappointed with the Issuer’s business performance and wish to engage in a constructive dialogue with officers, directors, and other representatives of the Issuer, as well as other of the Issuer’s stockholders; topics of discussion may include, but are not limited to, the Issuer’s markets, operations, competitors, prospects, strategy, changes to the board of directors, management, or other personnel, ownership, capitalization, and financial requirements

Basically people are pissed at the way this company is run and the major shareholders have gathered together and spoken up.

The list of people here is impressive, and like him or not my hat goes off to Jack Huber. As his name is on the front page of Schedule I am assuming that it would be him that has put this all together…

I have always been a supporter of this technology but how it has gone to market and information that is provided to shareholders have been awful.

Bottom line, Mr Powers this is not Euromax, the shareholders of this company are speaking up and taking charge. Please see your way to the door!

Does the Exchange order a meeting of the principals, and a deadline for them to meet, or does another blanket of silence follow? Have never been involved with a 13D before. I am sure lots of shareholders would like to be appraised of the routine. Anyone?

Th From the date of filing Wescorp has ten days to respond. If they do not respond the SEC sets a date for an AGM within a 60 day period from the filing date. With over 60% of shareholders filing I do not see it taking too long.

Yes the 60 percent is essentially the game changer. Management knows that holding out for an AGM will not change a darned thing as the shareholder group controls the vote. So deal now or deal later and get blamed for costing the company money and time by prolonging the fight. The majority vote is in the hands of the shareholder group - there WILL be change.

Bottom line, Mr Powers this is not Euromax,  ???????????????What do you mean.  Powers was part of a cabal which booted out the very capable CEO only to find that the CEO and the largest shareholder put up a new slate of directors at the AGM.  POWERS got the boot  -  but not until be had spent most of the treasury on a multi-million dollar defence.  He is a legal ...more
