If I was a shareholder the BOD is exactly who I'd be going after and looking into a class action suit against them. 1 bod member abruptly left about a year ago, I'm assuming now that she spoke up and had nobody else interested in doing anything about the inept running of xbc.

very few companies are in the precarious situation that xbc got itself into, I'm sure there will be more with rates going up a bit more but supply chain and other issues etc seem to be working there way through to a better situation for all, for sure some more won't survive. xbc was no surprise.
