Markets always over react , both to the upside as well as to the downside . That being said managements credibility has taken a massive hit . This puts that much more importance on the selection of the new COO . Xebec needs to change the headlines and turn the page , sooner rather than later .

Kurt will announce new COO before or on Q4 call. If not, buckle up for more uncertainty. They way they played this so far all makes sense now. The big but is if they don't announce COO then I don't expect a lot of movement in SP.

Complete inability to manage fixed price contracts in a major issue considering their current business plan. Several publicly traded companies have had to commit to stop taking fixed price contracts due to their inability to properly execute. It is not that simple to fix both in terms of operation processes and financial controls. Great technology but management has their work cut out to make this
