He craves your attention. And since you relentlessly give it to him, instead of having long due put him on ignore, he simply hangs around. On the other hand, perhaps those not having put him on ignore simply like the entertainment or gap filing between news cycles he provides... Either way, he certainly garners s lot of attention, contributing to this board being proportionally less interesting
