Tax Loss Selling

Question: Do you believe that XBC or ANRG has more long term upside potential? If it's ANRG, would you make the switch from XBC today?


A: Technically we would call XBC a hold, but we have done more work on ANRG and it likely has more potential. Management has solid experience and sold their prior company after big gains. We would be OK with a switch after ANRG's recent decline. One caveat; we do expect XBC to bounce in January after tax loss selling.

It's a weaker virus with mild symptoms possibly a sign coronavirus is dying out. But hey let's ignore that part of the story and focus on that the highly effective vaccines may not work as good.
