What a stupid comment to make.

"If you think xbc is going back to double digits you must be smoking the wacky tt tabacky." The market already valued xebec at over a billion dollars on revenue of 50 million. 2021 they made at least 120 and this year I wouldn't be surprised to see them reach 200 million. Why can't we hit double digits again? Because filoux004 says so some anonymous internet troll. Getting really sick and tired of the posters who come on here and do nothing but prey on market fears it's getting old.

Ok case in point H2O Quebec based co , similar top line 120M plus mkt cap smaller than xbc the stock price has done nothing for ten years. Keep dreaming.

Same stupid comments from you everytime. If we were trading at h20 price to book value we would be at 5.50 right now apples to oranges. Or maybe I should look at a 20 year chart of ballard save your breath.

Ps the past crazy valuation is not in any shape or form a guarantor of future valuation. Wake up and smell the coffee respectfully. Gday
Comment by Gann999 on Feb 14, 2022 5:43pm
I didn't say that it was but to suggest it will never again hit double digits with all other metrics improving ie revenue, earnings is just dumb of course it can hit double digits again.

If one puts a reasonable EV/rev (or P/S) for 2022 one can see the share price of XBC recovering significantly over the next 2 years. Profitability will lead to expanding valuation multiples. PYR still trades at 22 P/S and 9X book value.  Its' yearly revenues in 2021 will not even come close to  XBC's Q4 rev. Its' market cap is more than 2X that of XBC. "A " ...more

"Who wants to sit and talk about a stock they are no longer invested in? A basher, that's who."" couldn't disagree more you know my history with xbc i am here because i 'think' they do have a business if they prove themselves on the next report, i will buy back (probably) if they prove up and i have to pay $3 - $4 per share, then i am happy to do so because $4  ...more

well NT respectfully, i think it is you that needs to possibly reframe your understanding on one particular aspect of xbc you are anchoring yourself to a value in the past that has zero 'guarantee' of returning in a timely fashion i think we can all agree that over the fall 2020 and early spring 2021, and for a myriad of reasons, the whole ESG complex went parabolic the smaller and ...more

First of all I am not anchoring myself to anything. I agree valuations got crazy for the financials at that time but to suggest it can never go back to that valuation on even better financials I disagree with. I am not gambling or suggesting anyone put all their eggs into the xbc basket. Any investment you make at any point in time is a gamble and a risk that doesn't mean you shouldn't ...more

I am not negative or positive on the stock, I just know 3 things, 1- the market is down in not only in clean energy but alot of sectors and is not a good place right now, 2- xbc has the greatest technology on the plant and is expanding in all the right fields that is not only good for them but for the world and man kind. They are truly giving more than what they are recieving but i know they will ...more

Absolutely 200 million in possible 45 million a quarter moving forward puts them at 180 and to think there will be no growth with the additional capacity added by uec is not fully operational is not realistic.

Just because they haven't announced another 40 million order in Biostream doesn't mean they haven't sold any more additional units. I agree there is a lack of large orders coming in but I think they have more than enough work to keep them busy right now and who knows a follow up order could be in the works once they have delivered on most of the first order.

On the other hand, the  market certainly does not seem to overestimate the man. Down again today, and I can't believe we are the only ones assuming the numbers are goinig to be good at the Q report. This is not a secret we are keeping amongst ourselves here on SH. Why then the market does not reflect this?

XBC is considered tech / renewable.  The market dows not care about growth related fundamentals right now. (Bloomberg) -- Fund managers are the most underweight on technology stocks in almost 16 years as they brace for aggressive Federal Reserve policy tightening, the latest Bank of America Corp. survey shows. Net allocation to the tech sector fell to the lowest since August 2006, according ...more

Gmorning, good news coming from the Russian front. The last comment a confirms what I've stated many times which is the sell and adoption cycle of new so called green energies is going to be a long walk in the desert which will requirebillions and billions of capital outlay. Which brings me to XBC being essentially a manufacturing co will require several rounds of financing in years to come ...more

5x production expansion due to UEC acquisition. 18 units added to revenues after they're finished being built. They're overstocked on all supplies mecwssary for production as per q3 call and per my conversation with Brandon. They were rejecting orders they can now accept due to the expansion (see q2 call). 180m-220m seems more than reasonable. Sure, things can go wrong, but it seems (and I ...more
