Without a price recovery or news I do agree volume will drop off

But, assuming the compant can right to ship, also probably the best value time to buy. Wild this was getting 5 dollar targets a year ago and 17.50 16 months ago aha. Management just needs to get confidence back and have solid incremental news coming in.
