It won’t be long now

I don't know when but this bear is not going to be around for a long time and if you didn't average down or start a position at these prices, I would jump off the fence if I was you. Listen it's always easy to blame management for the poor performance of the stock and jump to conclusions why insiders are not buying much stock. Praboo I think started the mess and no longer around and Kurt found out the problem and fixed them but people don't understand when they are losing money, they just want to axe some one and Kurt was on the block. Now Jim and the new kids on the block have been given the reins and they are now in the race to win because just like Kurt every ones faith is on the line. Remember time heals all wounds and brings growth and prosperity.

As I drink my Saturday morning coffee, I will say this 'Marcello you are one upbeat, positive, optimistic son of a gun but you are no Ray Dalio' Peace

Since I bought back XBC at the start of the year (after selling them when it was climbing towards $11 with nearly 300% profit), the stock has never stopped falling (except after Q4 results for a short period of time).   Despite everything, I have always remained positive about the potential of this company.   The price of the stock didn't matter to me because I didn't ...more

Tony, you're one of the good ones on here, so I'll offer you some thoughts to ponder.  Xebec is not alone in its recent descent. The best way to counter the FUD (fear, uncertainty, doubt) spread on this message board, and every other stock message board and to give yourself some peace of mind is to always compare the stock in question to the rest of the sector that it's in, and ...more

Normaly i think exactly like you and I'm not worried about stock price fluctuations and bashers on this board but last friday it's the very high volume of sellers that disturb me. But hey like i said, no way i'm selling without an official news that changes the fundamental reason i first bought this stock

Understood Tony, but their assets are valued significantly higher than its current market cap of $88 million. Even heavy dilution would not justify its current valuation. A joint venture would probably give them almost as much cash as their current market cap. GRN was also down almost 9% yesterday on over 2.5x its average volume.

Please explain to me how " a joint venture would give them almost as much  cash........." Does Xebec own developmental projects they can farm out ? The way my brain sees it , they can buy into a future producing project by contributing equipment /engineering. Not sure if that is  ideal.

I suspect the reason why XBC's share price moves up and down so fast on big volume and no news is because it's become a playground for speculators and short-sellers given its past mis-steps and current issues. Not sure how much Goodwill XBC had written down to date, but their Financial Statements as at June 30, 2022 shows its Goodwill stood at $151M, still making it XBC's largest ...more

Too bad XBC cant get anywhere near the same kind of treatment the banks and oil companies are getting on the economic failure of TMX. The government will write-off about $17 billion of debt owing too taxpayers and banks. Oil sands producers will then use the TMX to ship to California refineries at nominal toll rates. Nice!.

Fear Alert! This is how Xebec messes up your minds. I understand why analysts and investors have come to hate this company after being blindly in love. It's a hate & love relationship. Love the business but hate the price action.

Zou using only part of what I wrote, you change the meaning of what I posted..... You're acting like a lawyer making me say something I didn't say just to win his case and not necessarily find the truth. If you want to quote me, do it right. I made it clear that it was not the price drop but the high volume of sellers that disturb me. Here is the real quote: The price of the ...more
