It's not just gonna pass Marcello shareholders are going to get screwed one way or another there is no white knight that's going to come out of the blue and buy xebec for 500m. I agree there are possibilities we come out with our stakes in tact but without funds we are just right back where we were still losing money and no room for errors and the only way to get money is to dilute shareholders and in my opinion 24m ain't gonna cut it xebec needs like 100m to cover operating losses and their 3 year plan and that's major dilution at current or lower share prices.

I honestly dont see how a court would allow Xebec to wipe out shareholders over a 40 million dollar loan when we have a book value of at least 200 million. But the CEO comes from Bombardier, the worst capital abusing company in history, so I wouldnt put anything past him. He's a sneaky little man.

Marcello, you seem like a nice guy, but a key part of investing in stocks is to try and determine how likely it is that a given company's stock will rise in price or achieve some other future event. Thus, at this point, the question is how likely is it that XBC comes out of this with its common shareholders intact, not whether it's possible. Put another way, is it possible to put $1,000
