why hasn't share price increased?

Can anybody understand why share price has not increased, given the recent news announcements in the last couple of days?  Seems to be a screaming buy at current price.

    I don't own yet, but I have looked at this stock over the last two months.    Why has share price not increased? I'll give you my reasons, and my thinking is most investors are following my line of reasoning.    There are many "screaming buys" out there that have the potential to rise quicker than YM, and I'm ...more
