Franklin Bissett Corporate Bond Active ETF seeks to provide high current income and some long term capital appreciation through exposure to Canadian debt instruments by investing primarily in units of Franklin Bissett Corporate Bond Fund (or its successor fund) and/or debt instruments of Canadian issuers. To provide long term capital growth and current income by investing primarily in investment grade corporate debt issued by Canadian corporations. The Fund invests primarily in debt securities with an investment grade rating from at least one credit rating agency.
