The investment objectives with respect to the Class A shares are as follows:1. To provide holders with monthly cash distributions targeted to be at a rate of 10% annualized based on the volume weighted average market price of the Class A shares for the last 5 trading days of the preceeding month. The net asset value per unit must remain above the required $15 per unit threshold for monthly distributions to be declared; and2. On the termination date to pay holders the original issue price ($15) of those shares.
