The ETF seeks to provide unitholders with broad exposure to the performance of a diversified portfolio of high quality Canadian equity securities that have the potential for long term capital growth. Portfolio securities for the ETF will be selected and weighted using a rules based, multi factor investment approach designed to select companies with a high quality of earnings while filtering out slow growth companies and securities with expensive valuations. The portfolio holdings will be reconstituted and rebalanced on a quarterly basis. The frequency of the reconstitution and rebalancing may change without notice.
