Marvel Discovery Corp. is a Canada-based resource company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of mineral assets in Canada. Its properties include Highway North, KLR & Walker Claims, Wicheeda North, Duhamel, Wicheeda, East Bull, Black Fly and others. Its Wicheeda North Property is located within an approximately 40 kilometers (km) long belt of carbonatite and related rocks, including the Wicheeda Carbonatite-Rare Earth Element (REE) Project at the northwest end and the Cap Carbonatite-Rare Metal (RM) Project near the southeast end. Its Duhamel project is located between Chutes-des-Passes and Pipmuacan Reservoir deformation zones (or areas) included in the central part of Proterozoic Grenville Geological Province. The Black Fly Property is located in the developing Atikokan gold mining camp along and within the Marmion Lake Fault Zone, approximately 13.6 km southwest along the strike of Agnico Eagle’s Hammond Reef Gold Deposit.
