pipe line with Shaw Communications. Only 13million freetrading shares so it is tightly
held with just 28.9millionoutstanding. Thecompany is solidly backed by twoinstitutional
investors, GrowthWorks Canadian FundLtd. and RenaissanceCapital Manitoba Ventures
Fund.
