A broad decline for all sectors except tech took Canada’s main index lower by three digits to hit its lowest level in two months on Monday. Energy stocks tumbled following a more than 3% drop in oil prices in the face of an OPEC deal to boost production.

Rising numbers of COVID-19 cases with the global spread the Delta variant spooked investors and saw markets sink right out of the gate. Many fear that the Delta variant could threaten the US economic recovery. Shares of companies that were widely thought to benefit most from the reopening of the economy were hit the hardest.

Only stupid people are getting Covid now, because they were too stupid to take the Vaccine. And only stupid people sold today, because the economy won't shut down because of those stupid people.

The only person who is probably afraid of the "delta variant" is the one who wrote this article.
