Kane BiotechInc. (TSX:V.KNE, Stock Forum) shares jumped 12.5% to 9 cents Tuesday after the company announced it had received approval from Health Canada's Natural Health Products Directorate for the company's dermatological care products, DispersinB skin cream and DispersinB shampoo.

According to the news release, the approval allows the company to manufacture and market these products in Canada and makes way for clinical studies to test the efficacy claims.

Atlanta GoldInc. (TSX:V.ATG, Stock Forum) rose 40% to 3.5 cents. Atlanta Gold announced it had purchased the process equipment necessary to assemble the gravity recovery system outlined in its June 10, 2014 press release.

According to a press release, Atlanta Gold, the company now possesses two semi-batch concentrators and will begin testing to evaluate their performance during field testing under full load commencing next week.

Orbite Aluminae (TSX:ORT, Stock Forum) advanced 8% to 54 cents. The Montreal Quebec-based clean tech company said Tuesday it had received a first installment of $6.0 million regarding its 2012 Québec Investment Tax Credits.

According to the news release, the money was owed to the company because of equipment purchased for manufacturing and processing in the Gaspé region during the 2012 fiscal cycle.
