Rodinia Oil plummets 60%: Canadian market movers

On Friday, the top TSX mover was Bombardier Inc. (TSX: T.BBD.B, Stock Forum). It fell 1.8% and was trading at $4.45 on volume of 7.3 million shares.

Today, the transportation equipment manufacturer said it has recently delivered the 400thChallenger 300 super mid-size jet in a ceremony held at Bombardier's facilities in Montréal. The jet will be operated by BJET.

B2Gold Corp. (TSX: T.BTO, Stock Forum) was the second most active stock on the TSX. The stock rose 0.9% and trading at $2.20 on volume of 5.5 million.

The gold producer held an annual general meeting after the bell on June 14, 2013. During the meeting the company provided a review of 2012 and a corporate update.

Rodinia Oil Corp. (TSX: V.ROZ, Stock Forum) was the volume leader on the TSX Venture Exchange. It lost 66.7% and was trading at $0.01 on volume of 4.5 million.

Today, in a corporate update the petroleum and natural gas company said as it has no external source of revenue and has been unable to collect any of the $4.4 million owed to it by its working interest partner, it must depend upon the use of its remaining working capital to continue to carry on business.

The second most active stock on the TSX Venture was Adira Energy Ltd. (TSX: V.ADL, Stock Forum) It dropped 50% and was trading at $0.005 after 3.8 million shares changed hands.

The oil and gas explorer had no news to explain the high volume in trading.
