Stantec to acquire Roth Hill assets

Stantec (TSX: T.STN, Stock Forum), a North American design firm, Friday announced that its acquiring the assets of Roth Hill, LLC, in order to extend its water/wastewater and municipal service capabilities in the Pacific Northwest.

Roth Hill is a 30-person civil engineering firm with a project portfolio that designs systems for all facets of collection, distribution, and/or treatment of water and wastewater.

Stantec’s share price has increased 58% during the past 52 weeks.
