MONTREAL _ Yellow Pages ltd. (TSX: Y, Stock Forum) says it's acquiring a digital real estate marketplace called the ComFree/DuProprio Network for $50 million.

The Montreal-based publisher of phone and advertising directories says ComFree/DuProprio will complement its other businesses.

It says CFDP had more than $40 million in revenue in 2014, and has grown about 20 per cent annually over the past three years.

The seller is Square Victoria Digital Properties, a subsidiary of Power Corporation of Canada (TSX:POW) that also has investments in companies such as the Workopolis job website and Oivemedia, a digital advertising sales representative.
