You’ve heard a great deal about the CIX 2015 Public Investor Day here at Stockhouse as it highlighted some of Canada’s brightest tech stars. Stockhouse was extremely proud to have been a title sponsor to this inaugural event which provided a forum for the best in Canadian tech to network with the institutional investment community, while participating in panel discussions and listening to keynote speakers. The one day forum held November 18, 2015 at the MaRS Discovery District in Toronto, Ontario, went off without a hitch with 19 of the Top 20 companies giving presentations. Dianne Buckner, famed host of CBC’s Dragons Den, played host to the event while Scott Larson, former CEO and co-founder of UrtheCast, acted as the keynote speaker.
The place was packed and business was done – a success all the way around. Special thanks to all those from both Stockhouse and Achilles Media who made this historic day happen. Also a tip of the hat to all those who helped curate the Top 20 list.
