Manganese X Energy Corp. (
TSX: V.MN,
OTC: SNCGF,
Forum) on Thursday released new drill results from the spring drill program on the Battery Hill Deposit at its Houlton Woodstock Manganese property.
The project is located in Carleton County, five kilometres northwest of Woodstock, New Brunswick.
The drill program consisted of nine holes (1,599 metres), which targeted the Shape Farm and Moody Hill areas of the deposit.
All of the drill holes, with the exception of SF17-14, encountered significant amounts of manganese mineralization.
Highlights include17.37% MnO over 23.6 metres within a broader zone assaying 13.9% MnO over 44.6 metres.

The company has said it intends to remain focused on establishing itself as a major player in producing manganese concentrate for the lithium battery storage sector, Manganese X CEO Martin Kepman said in a press release.
Manganese was in the news recently when it
reported robust manganese, and iron intercepts on the Iron Ore Hill sector of the property.
