Canadian based junior exploration Company Giyani Metals Corp. (V.WDG, OTCQB: CATPF, Forum) announced on Tuesday that it has engaged two companies to further its operations in Africa.

  • SRK Consulting to complete a Preliminary Economic Assessment for its K.Hill manganese deposit in Botswana

  • WorleyParsons South Africa to conduct a bulk sample characterization test for its direct shipping ore program from the K.Hill and Otse manganese deposits

The Company recently entered into anon-binding term sheet with Traxys Africa Trading Ltd. for an investment of $1 million (USD) in the form of a secured convertible loan facility. Traxys will have exclusive rights to market all of the direct shipping ore manganese material processed and produced from WDG’s K.Hill and Otse projects.
