The most compelling opportunities for gaming partners contemplating the Chameleon gaming platform are the immediate catalysts for growth and positive cash flow as early as 2021. Alongside numerous licensing deals for Chameleon is the addition of traditional sports to potential clients, the buildout of Askott’s own casino style games, and continued massive growth in the esports betting market.
Askott will go public after entering an amalgamation transaction with Molystar Resources Inc., a reporting company also based in BC. Ahead of the transaction, the Company is undertaking a private placement offering for a minimum of $5 million and up to $10 million.
At an issue price of $0.85 per subscription receipt, each receipt will entitle the holder to one unit of Askott, consisting of one common share of Askott and one Common Share purchase warrant exercisable for two years at $1.25 subject to acceleration.

The proceeds raised from the offering will be utilized for directly growing Askott through new license acquisitions, marketing and business development, and the ongoing development of Chameleon, adding a traditional sportsbook and esports themed casino games.
