Minaean SP Construction Corp. (TSX-V: MSP, Forum) announced on Wednesday that a Project Study for construction of the Students’ Campus as part of the first phase of a University Construction Project in Cote D’Ivoire that began in May 2020 has been progressing well and is nearly complete.
Construction of a 5,000-unit students’ campus with an approximate value €100 million formed part of the university project to be constructed at Adiake in Cote D'Ivoire.
This is the first phase of the multi-phase entire university project and it is valued at approximately €250 million. The Company’s partner, the multi-billion-dollar Indian conglomerate
Shapoorji Pallonji Group, has already invested $1.5 million (USD) out of the budgeted $2.5 million (USD).
