The Flowr Corporation (
TSX-V.FLWR) has announced it has closed its previously announced private placement offering for 33,400,000 units of the Company at a price of $0.21 per Unit for gross proceeds of $7,014,000.
ATB Capital Markets Inc. acted as placement agent for the Offering pursuant to a placement agency agreement dated July 15, 2021 between the Company and ATB.
The Company says intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering for partial repayment of outstanding indebtedness, along with general corporate and working capital purposes.
