Aston Hill completes the purchase of Citadel Securities Inc.

CALGARY, Dec. 20, 2012 /CNW/ - Aston Hill Financial Inc. (the "Company" or "Aston Hill") (TSX: AHF) is pleased to confirm that, effective December 20, 2012, the Company has completed its purchase of Citadel Securities Inc., which was previously announced on  November 15, 2012.

Aston Hill is a diversified asset management company with a suite of retail mutual funds, closed end funds, private equity funds, hedge funds and segregated institutional funds.
