Surrey, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - January 4, 2013) - Fab-Form Industries Ltd. (TSX-V: FBF) is pleased to announce the signing of an exclusive distribution agreement with Polytorx, LLC, Ann Arbor Michigan, USA,
manufacturer of Helix® micro rebar (www.helixfiber.com).
Polytorx has been manufacturing Helix® for twelve years and is meeting continued success throughout the USA. Helix® is a steel micro fiber which can replace conventional steel reinforcing in concrete.
Fab-Form has exclusive distribution rights of Helix in BC and to its customer base around North America.

cost of installing conventional reinforcing is half of total installation labour. With Helix® we eliminate these labour costs completely.”
It is Fab-Form’s intention to first market Helix® to it’s existing customer base and then to the general reinforced concrete market. As the market in BC for steel reinforcing is over $300 million annually, this
represents an excellent opportunity.
