Eaton Vance Short Duration Diversified Income Fund Annual Meeting Of Shareholders
BOSTON, Feb. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- At a meeting held today, shareholders of Eaton Vance Short Duration Diversified Income Fund (the "Fund") (NYSE: EVG), a closed-end investment company, voted to elect William H. Park, Ronald A. Pearlman and Harriett Tee Taggart as Class II Trustees of the Fund, each for a three-year term. The Fund's current Class I and Class III Trustees, who serve staggered terms, were not up for election and remain in office.
