Pulse Seismic Inc. Announces Retirement of Senior Executive and Nomination to Board of Directors

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Feb. 22, 2013) - Pulse Seismic Inc. ("Pulse" or "the Company") (TSX:PSD) (OTCQX:PLSDF) announces that Brent Gale will retire as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company effective May 22, 2013. Pulse's Board of Directors has asked Mr. Gale to stand for nomination as a director at the May 22, 2013 Meeting of Shareholders, and Mr. Gale has accepted.
