Victoria, British Columbia CANADA, February 26, 2013 /FSC/ - Erin Ventures Inc. (EV - TSX Venture), has retained the services of Byron Capital Markets Ltd. as its Financial Advisor. Under the terms of the agreement, Byron will provide various advisory services including: introducing Erin to capital market participants and other strategic investors; providing strategic advice to maximize shareholder value; assisting with advice on Erin's strategic external growth initiatives including potential mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures; making introductions and assisting Erin with the structuring of relationships with strategic business partners;  and assisting with any potential financing.

The engagement will initially focus on a strategic review of Erin's Piskanja boron project in Serbia with a view to identifying possible joint venture partners and/or financing opportunities.
