KMG Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

KMG Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE: KMG), a global provider of specialty chemicals in select markets, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per common share. The dividend is payable on March 22, 2013 to shareholders of record on March 11, 2013. As of January 31, 2013, there were approximately 11.5 million KMG common shares outstanding.
