MONTREAL, March 13, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - National Bank is proud to
announce a three-year financial partnership with the Young Associates
Committee and the Atelier lyrique of Opéra de Montréal. The Bank kicks off its partnership this week by acting as the official
presenter of the National Bank Night at the Opera. This spectacular benefit event will take place on Friday, March 15 at 7:30 p.m., amid the sets of the renowned opera Dead Man Walking.
"Promoting the development of young people is a priority for National
Bank. It was therefore only natural for us to support the Young
Associates and the Atelier lyrique de l'Opéra de Montréal, which both do their part to introducing young people to the world of
arts and culture," said Lise-Anne Amyot, Vice-President - Brand Image
and Data Governance at National Bank.
The goal of the event is to raise funds to support Opéra de Montréal, and introduce young professionals from the Montreal area to the world
of opera or give them an opportunity to rediscover the art form in a
completely different kind of setting.
A few tickets, at a cost of $125, are still available on the Opéra de Montréal website (http://www.operademontreal.com/en/support/young-associates). National Bank clients can obtain 20% off the regular price of
tickets.
Every year, through its donations and sponsorships program and the
initiatives of its employees, National Bank supports hundreds of
organizations across Canada. It is particularly committed to supporting
health, education, arts and culture, and community outreach, with the
goal of generating positive benefits for communities. To find out more,
