KMG Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend and Schedules Fiscal Third Quarter Results Call
KMG Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE: KMG), a global provider of specialty chemicals in select markets, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per common share. The dividend is payable on June 21, 2013 to shareholders of record on June 7, 2013. As of April 30, 2013, there were approximately 11.5 million KMG common shares outstanding.
