H2O Innovation announces resignation of a Board member

QUEBEC CITY, May 23, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - (TSXV: HEO) - H2O Innovation Inc. ("H2O Innovation" or the "Company") announces the resignation of Mr. John G. Booth as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Booth has served as a Director for 15 years, overseeing its transformation into the water business and its subsequent growth in this field. Mr. Booth stated "The Company has been through many challenges over the years but in choosing to resign today, I believe I am leaving the Company at a time when it is as robust, well governed and profitable as it is has ever been; well managed and positioned as an innovator and North American leader in the water treatment industry".

Mr. Booth is leaving to devote more time to Midpoint Holdings, a peer to peer foreign currency exchange company he co-founded which has recently listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV: MPT) and of which he serves as the Executive Chairman.

Mr. Booth was also member of the Governance, Remuneration and Risks Committee of the Company. The Board of Directors will fill the vacancy in the coming months.
