Trinity Industries, Inc. Announces its Corporate Credit Rating is Upgraded to Investment Grade by Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services
Trinity Industries, Inc. (NYSE:TRN) announced today that Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services (“Standard & Poor’s”) has upgraded the Company’s corporate credit rating to BBB-. The new credit rating is considered “investment grade” by market participants. Trinity had maintained a BB+ corporate credit rating by Standard & Poor’s since 2007, when its rating was last upgraded by the agency.
