Mullen Group Ltd. Closes Acquisition of Jay's Moving & Storage Ltd.
OKOTOKS, AB, June 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - (TSX:MTL) Mullen Group Ltd. ("Mullen Group" and/or the "Corporation") announced the closing of the previously announced acquisition of Jay's Moving & Storage Ltd. ("Jay's" and/or the "Company"). Jay's has been in business since 1964 and is a recognized leader in the Saskatchewan less-than-truckload transportation business. The Company will operate as an indirectly, wholly-owned subsidiary of Mullen Group.
