Live play-by-play, provided by ESPN Radio, will air Thursday and Friday (10:00 am to 4:00 pm ET) on SiriusXM PGA TOUR Radio (channel 93 on XM and channel 208 on Sirius Premier) and on Saturday and Sunday (2:00 to 8:00 pm/conclusion ET) on ESPN Radio (SiriusXM channel 84).
The U.S. Open is returning to Merion for the fifth time and first since 1981.This year's field will include World No. 1 Tiger Woods, 2013 Masters Champion Adam Scott, last year's U.S. Open Champion Webb Simpson, Rory McIlroy, Phil Mickelson, Sergio Garcia and many more of the world's best golfers, plus many non-PGA TOUR card carrying players who earn open spots in the tournament by competing in local and sectional qualifiers.
In addition to the live tournament coverage, SiriusXM will offer daily golf talk, news and analysis throughout the U.S. Open week on the SiriusXM PGA TOUR Radio channel.
Leading into the play-by-play for the weekend, SiriusXM's Matt Adams will host the U.S. Open Preview Show Saturday and Sunday live from Merion Golf Club from 12:00 to 2:00 pm ET. Immediately after the conclusion of the weekend's play, Brian Katrek will host U.S. Open Review, giving listeners a full recap of the day's events.
Additionally, SiriusXM's daily lineup of shows will offer listeners the latest news, plus interviews and expert analysis. Weekdays from 7:00 to 9:00 am ET, Matt Adams hosts Fairways of Life, followed by Teed Off with Brian Katrek at 9:00 am ET.
