TORONTO, June 20, 2013 /CNW/ - Discovery Air Inc. ("Discovery Air")
announced today that Alan Hibben has resigned from Discovery Air's
Board of Directors (the "Board"). Mr. Hibben joined the Board on
August 7, 2008, and most recently served as Chair of the Finance and
Investment Committee and as a member of the Governance Committee and
the Audit Committee of the Board.
Brian Semkowski, Chair of the Board, stated "I am very disappointed that
we are losing Alan. He has been a highly capable and committed member
of the Board. I have enjoyed working with him and will miss his
presence. On behalf of the Board, I thank Alan for his contribution to
Discovery Air and wish him the very best."
