Hartung has two offices and approximately 25 sales associates, located in Rockledge and Melbourne. With this acquisition, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has more than 200 sales associates in Brevard County.

In March, the company also acquired the assets of the Luxury Team of Florida Real Estate Group based in Palm Coast, which included seven sales centers and gave the company its entrance into Flagler, Volusia and Osceola Counties.
