Icahn Enterprises L.P. Intends to Offer New Senior Debt
NEW YORK, July 29, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Icahn Enterprises L.P. (Nasdaq:IEP) – Icahn Enterprises L.P. announced today that it, together with Icahn Enterprises Finance Corp., intends to commence an offering of $350 million aggregate principal amount of Senior Notes due 2020 for issuance in a private placement not registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The proceeds from the offering will be used for general partnership purposes. There can be no assurance that the issuance and sale of any debt securities will be consummated.
