TriMas Corporation (NASDAQ: TRS) – a diversified global manufacturer of

an offering of 3,750,000 shares of its common stock in a public
offering. The underwriters will have a 30-day option from the date of
the offering to purchase up to an additional 562,500 shares from TriMas.
TriMas expects to use its proceeds from the sale of the common stock for
general corporate purposes.
Deutsche Bank Securities and J.P. Morgan are acting as joint bookrunners
