Gatekeeper Announces Transit Contract for $123,300

V.GSI

(via Thenewswire.ca)

Abbotsford, BC August 23, 2013 Gatekeeper Systems Inc. ("Gatekeeper" or the "Company") (TSX.V: GSI) is pleased to announce it has received a new contract, worth $123,300 CDN, from Calgary Handi Bus for its G Series solid state video safety and security system.

Calgary Handi Bus will have their entire fleet outfitted with Gatekeeper's 504 solid state video recording systems, which is one of the options available in the G Series. The 504 video system includes up to four cameras, a driver emergency alarm button, and the G4 Incident Management Software. The G4 Incident Management Software provides managers the ability to find, save, and share incidents quickly and easily across hundreds of desktop computers without the need to download software to each computer.

"We are pleased that Calgary Handi Bus has chosen Gatekeeper for their entire fleet. The 504 solid state system is part of Gatekeeper's scalable product line that provides the highest number of cameras for mobile markets in the industry. Customers can add up to 16 cameras including wireless options such as live streaming video from any vehicle anywhere in the world. This feature allows transportation companies that deliver freight in high risk areas immediate access to live video in case of a hijacking or attack on their fleet", said Doug Dyment, President and CEO of Gatekeeper. Dyment added, "We are getting more interest for live streaming in the transit and the school bus market given the growing concern of terrorism and domestic violence."
