The stock traded nearly 36 million shares yesterday and fell as much as 12% in intra-day trading. The stock is still up 67% over the last three months.
Mimvi, Inc. (OTCBB: MIMV) – Mimvi closed up 51.48% on Monday with a little over 3 million shares traded. The Company announced last week that it has filed a Schedule 14C Information Statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reflecting the vote of a majority of shareholders approving the company's name change to Adaptive Media, Inc.
