TeraGo Strengthens Board With the Addition of Two New Directors

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Oct. 24, 2013) - TeraGo Inc. (TSX:TGO) (www.terago.ca) today announced two additions to the Company's Board of Directors. Nicole German and Jim Nikopoulos were nominated and unanimously elected by the TeraGo Board of Directors effective immediately.

Nicole German is an independent marketing consultant and business strategist who brings to the Board more than 18 years' experience in the technology industry building high performance teams and driving fast-paced growth for companies around the world. In her most recent role as Global Head of Enterprise Marketing for LinkedIn, she led the development and launch of the LinkedIn for Business B2B enterprise brand and positioning.

Prior to LinkedIn, Ms. German was Global Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Descartes Systems Group, a global logistics network offering enterprise supply chain and logistics software solutions. There she oversaw corporate marketing and communications and led the execution of go-to-market strategies. Ms. German has also held management positions with other leading Canadian technology companies, including Cube Route Inc., Platform Computing, Delano Technology Corp., Psion Teklogix and Hummingbird Communications. Ms. German holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen's University and an Executive Marketing Degree from Richard Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario.

Mr. Jim Nikopoulos previously served as Vice President, Corporate Development and General Counsel at TeraGo Inc. where he was responsible for overseeing acquisitions, strategic and regulatory initiatives, and advising all business units across Canada. Prior to that, he was a partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, a major Canadian business law firm, where he practiced in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, corporate governance, and general corporate and commercial law. Mr. Nikopoulos holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree (Economics & Political Science) from the University of Toronto and a Law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School.
