RGC Resources, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend Increase

ROANOKE, Va., Nov. 26, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of RGC Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq:RGCO), at its meeting on November 25, 2013, declared a quarterly dividend of $0.185 per share on the Company's common stock. The indicated annual dividend is $0.74 per share, a $0.02 per share increase over the prior annual level. The dividend will be paid on February 1, 2014 to shareholders of record on January 15, 2014. This is the Company's 279th consecutive quarterly cash dividend.
