*Please note that the distribution reinvestment plans for Aston Hill Oil
& Gas Income Fund and Aston Hill VIP Income Fund have been cancelled
commencing with the January distribution payments due to low
participation. The Manager believes it is in the best interest of the
majority of unitholders of both funds that this action be taken in
light of the high costs associated with implementing these plans.
Unitholders that are currently enrolled in these plans will receive the
January distribution and all subsequent distributions in cash.
