(TSX:TGO) (www.terago.ca) announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Joe Prodan, 44, Chief Financial Officer of the company effective February 4, 2014. Bosco Chan, who served as Interim CFO since May, will continue on as Vice President, Finance.

Joe Prodan served as CFO of Mobilicity from 2009 to 2013, a wireless telecom carrier serving Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Ottawa, aiding in the planning, financing and launch of the then new cellphone business in Canada. From 2005 to 2009, he was Vice President of Finance and CFO of SiriusXM Radio (formerly Sirius Canada), building the business as a member of the initial startup team. Prior to this, he was Director, Planning and Projects at ADP Canada from 2004 to 2005. From 1996 to 2003, he worked at Bell TV (formerly ExpressVu), where he began as Controller and then held Directorships of Financial Planning and Analysis, Finance, and Sales Operations. He holds a Certified Management Accountant, CMA, awarded in 1993 by The Society of Management Accountants of Ontario and earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1991 from Wilfrid Laurier University.
