Under the terms of the agreement, public shareholders of LCA will
receive $5.37 per share in cash for each share of LCA they own.
The investigation concerns whether LCA’s board of directors failed to
adequately shop the Company and obtain the best possible value for LCA’s
shareholders before entering into an agreement with PhotoMedex.
According to Yahoo! Finance, at least one analyst has issued a price
target for LCA stock at $8.00 per share.
