Discovery Air announces resignation of Chief Financial Officer

TORONTO, Feb. 19, 2014 /CNW/ - Discovery Air Inc. ("Discovery Air" or the "Company") announces the resignation of Mr. William (Bill) Martin as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company effective March 31, 2014 due to personal reasons.

Jacob (Koby) Shavit, President and Chief Executive Officer of Discovery Air stated "Bill has been an important member of Discovery Air and I have enjoyed working with him.  Since joining the Company in October 2012, Bill has been involved in a number of significant companywide initiatives that have made Discovery Air a better company. He will be missed by our team.  We wish Bill all the best in the future."

Discovery Air anticipates announcing Mr. Martin's permanent or interim replacement on or before March 31, 2014.
